A couple of weeks ago Staab and I set out to look at a piece of property that my mom and aunt Cindy own. It has been in the family for a long time I just have never spent much time there. Always in search of the perfect hunting spot I decided it was time to set up a feeder and a camera to see if this spot is worthy of hanging any stands. My hopes were high, but with the one hundred degree temps and no water on the property I wasn't sure if any deer would be spending much time there. After leaving the camera for two weeks I was happy to see there are definitely some deer spending time there. Incredibly on two separate pieces of property I have two pretty nice half rack bucks. None the less, I am very encouraged with the pictures and can't wait to see what the fall brings in.
